Dear Friend
Greetings!
Below are click onable links to articles I posted on my website since the last time I sent out to my “friends who may be interested” e-distribution list. Feel free to either check out or discard or ask to be removed from the list. God bless you in your endeavours for Him
As I mentioned last time, I have begun a new writing project, along with an old friend. I also append the latest draft of the synopsis of what is intended – due out toward the end of the year. There are less blogs than usual as my writing efforts have been more focused on my book.
Shalom

It’s Not What You Were Told
A dialogue between two friends: John Barber and Paul Barnes
Synopsis
This Book is an attempt to cover important matters that ordinary Christians ought to know about but too often they aren’t even aware, because they haven’t been told or they have been told wrongly. Paul and John, now both senior citizens, were converted in their youth and have engaged in Christian endeavour ever since. Whilst having mainly associated with Christians of the Evangelical persuasion, they have mixed widely with those holding a range of views concerning what Christians ought to believe on many different subjects and how they should function in today’s world. They have seen what happens when Christians fall out over some of the issues this Book addresses, and the collateral damage that ensues when Christians believe wrong things, including those which are not spoken about despite being important. They have taken it in turns writing chapters, with the other responding by way of agreeing, offering different perspectives or even disagreeing. The intention is not to stir up controversy but rather that it will get readers, wherever they happen to be in their Christian journey and understanding, to think, to seek after truth and to be drawn closer to God.
