My first “Google hit” when I typed in “WHO pandemic treaty” was “The WHO Pandemic Treaty, officially named the International Treaty on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response, is a legally binding agreement between the 194 WHO member states designed to improve global pandemic preparedness and response. It aims to address weaknesses revealed during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the uneven distribution of resources and lack of coordinated international action” … and you may say “what?” or “so what!”.
