Roe versus Wade is overturned – what next?

Roe v Wade is overturned is major news! According to Wikipedia: “Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States generally protects a pregnant woman’s liberty to choose to have an abortion. The decision struck down many U.S. federal and state abortion laws, and fueled an ongoing debate in the United States about whether, or to what extent, abortion should be legal, who should decide the legality of abortion, and what the role of moral and religious views in the political sphere should be. It also shaped debate concerning which methods the Supreme Court should use in constitutional adjudication”.
Nearly fifty years on (two days ago) the same US Supreme Court overturned that decision. One (of many) reports reads thus: “The Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision on Friday overturned Roe v. Wade, the landmark ruling that established the constitutional right to abortion in the U.S. in 1973. The court’s controversial but expected ruling gives individual states the power to set their own abortion laws without concern of running afoul of Roe, which had permitted abortions during the first two trimesters of pregnancy”.
My views on abortion are clear. I do not wish to rehearse them here (just google “jrbpublications abortion” to learn more), other than to repeat my point: except in most exceptional circumstances, it should not be allowed. It is an affront to the Almighty who is displeased and a sacrifice to Baal / Molech. A woman’s right to choose should not come before a baby in his/her mother’s womb right to be born. The bitter stand off between pro-choicers and pro-lifers will no doubt escalate and every indication this could be an important element of a summer of rage that I wish to write about in my next blog, noting the usual suspects are already calling for protests, including with violence. Thank God for Donald Trump for appointing three pro-life judges to the Supreme Court, who made the overturn possible.
It is ironic the very people who wish to control our bodies with the jab argue the importance of bodily autonomy to support abortion, which in a few US states is right up to term. Trudeau, Macron and Biden, to name but three world leaders concerning which my opinions of are unrepeatable, have all decried the decision to decline women a right to abortion. No doubt the ripple effect will be seen with legislators taking a cue from this decision – noting here in the UK which recently passed a law to make abortion more accessible. A further irony is some of those opposing the designs of the evil, globalist cabal to depopulate and enslave humankind as part of its Great Reset are against this latest US Supreme Court decision for taking away women’s right to an abortion. While it seems the bad guys have been winning of late, here is one example of push back.
Interesting days! Watch and pray! God wins! Now the Roe versus Wade decision has been overturned, one wonders what next and what other changes in the law we can expect. My hope is, besides the tide toward abortion on any demand reversing, the veil over peoples eyes will lift, recognising this is a good thing, God will be honoured, more care will be given to woman facing an unwanted pregnancy, all babies born will receive the care they need and men who impregnate women will face up to their responsibilities.
