My recent deep dive into the Bible has been in the Book of Daniel, a book I have previously studied on a number of occasions. It is well known for containing memorable stories a child could comprehend and profound prophecies that scholars and saints argue over. Each time I do so something fresh and new has come out of it.

Trumpwatch 68 – Israel/Gaza, Christian Zionism, Noahide Laws, Third Temple, Prophecy

The story has been told of someone who has been waiting for a bus for a long time and then more than one turns up in a matter of minutes. I have this picture in mind as I write this my third earth shattering Trumpwatch episode in a month, noting that lots of huge significance has happened under Trump since being installed as POTUS only three weeks ago. Again, I counsel readers to fasten their seatbelts for controversy, as today I consider Trump AND Israel.

Christ in the Books of Moses

In a recent post (see here), I announced my intention to do a series on Christ in the Old Testament, which in the Hebrew Bible can be divided into three sections (Law, Prophets, Writings), referring back to two incidents recorded in Luke 24, following Jesus rising from the dead, when he told his bemused disciples how His life, death and resurrection were all foretold in the Old Testament.
