Doing my customary Google search concerning the meaning of some controversial term, I found that a “truther” is “a person who doubts the generally accepted account of an event, believing that an official conspiracy exists to conceal the true explanation; a conspiracy theorist”, although I question if conspiracy is official.

Crystal Palace win the FA Cup and the beautiful game

Yesterday, I watched from my computer some of the BBC coverage of the English men’s FA Cup final played between Crystal Palace and Manchester City but, before sharing my thoughts on the game, I want to give a brief account of the history of my life time love affair with the beautiful game that most of the world refer to as football.

My Israel Conundrum (2)

Over the years, and as a regular blogger, I have often posted on matters concerning Israel. This is understandable given that I see my role both as a watchman on the wall and as someone who is compelled to highlight things that I deem as significant for the few who listen to me, and as an assiduous Bible student, including the subject of end times prophecy, where Israel much features. (Edit: I surprised myself to find that I wrote on exactly the same title over eight years ago (see here), revealing a long held conundrum).
