Folk who read my blogs might have cottoned on to the fact that I am currently doing a deep dive into the Old Testament with the view to finding out and reflecting on the texts where the Christ is referenced. This also relates to a series of Bible studies that I am currently leading at my own local church.

I haven’t produced a book that neatly summarizes my thoughts on where Christ can be found in the Law, the Prophets and the Writings (three areas spoken off in Jesus’ encounters with two disheartened followers on the Emmaus Road) and the three sections that make up the Hebrew Bible (and maybe I should/will), but what I can offer are notes corresponding to the sessions I have led so far.
