I had an experience today, while visiting two shopping centres, when I noticed three people wearing facemasks, and given my own aversion to wearing facemasks and what this represents I momentarily entered “grumpy” mode but came out of it quickly mindful I needed to work on being less grumpy.

Of course, whether or not someone chooses to wear a face mask, is no-one’s business but theirs, except, recently, we were being forced to wear face masks in order to go to places or get things done – all under the guise of protecting people against the Covid-19 “virus”. For those who don’t know, I believed then, and even more so now, that mask wearing was both unnecessary and detrimental.

Once my grumpiness died down, I asked myself why? After all, I could have gone to the same centres a couple of weeks back and seen zero persons wearing facemasks. Then the statement that I came across as a teenager reading James Bond novels came back to me: “once is happenstance; twice is coincidence; three times is enemy action”. Who then is the enemy regarding face mask wearing?

While I follow the news, I tend not to do so from mainstream sources of information. I would venture a guess that something in mainstream news triggered the three passer-by mask wearers back to mask wearing. My depression is I would like to think people are more awake that the whole Covid-19 narrative was a giant con and this time round the resistance would be a lot greater. Whether that proves to be the case remains to be seen but even before making these observations I sensed that something was afoot.

In my last “Conspiracy theories, the truth and appropriate Christian responses” blog, I explored the phenomenon, concluding a balanced, measured approach is needed. But having done a considerable amount of watching, I have come to the conclusion there is a tiny, elite, evil cabal controlling world affairs, whose intent is to screw humanity. The recent pan / plan / scam demic was an example and a trial run for what to do next time. Having watched a couple of weeks back Alex Jones, who has often been castigated as a conspiracy theorist but over time has often been proved to be correct, talk to various whistle blowers and people “in the know”, methinks another “pandemic” is in the offing.

I am merely sounding the alarm!
